7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of eb2niw and any of its suppliers under any provision of this agreement and any remedy you may have shall be limited to the 50% of the total actual amount you paid in the last twelve months for the service.

8. REVISIONS AND ERRATA

The materials appearing on eb2niw.io may include errors or inaccuracies. eb2niw does not commit to updating such materials. eb2niw may make changes to the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location where eb2niw is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment Terms:

- Payments are processed upon service agreement signing

- Monthly installments are possible in certain situations.

Refund Policy (Gold Tier):

- Money-back guarantee of 50% of the total amount paid to eb2niw (not including third party fee, govt fee and legal consultation fee), if approval is delayed beyond 24 months through fault of eb2niw.

- Timeline delays caused by government agencies are not grounds for refund

- Client failure to provide required documents may void guarantee

Refund Policy (Silver Tiers):

- 30-day satisfaction guarantee or money back

- Extensions beyond 24 months require €2,000 additional fee

13. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

eb2niw makes no guarantee that your case will be approved or that you will receive a green card. Immigration decisions are made solely by U.S. government agencies (USCIS, Department of State, U.S. Embassies). The 18-24 month timeline is an estimate based on historical data and varies by embassy, case complexity, and document processing speed.

Approval is not guaranteed regardless of tier selected.

14. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using eb2niw services, you acknowledge:

- You will provide accurate and truthful information about your case

- You will consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal matters

- You understand eb2niw is not your legal representative

- You understand immigration decisions are made by government agencies

- You will not hold eb2niw responsible for decisions made by USCIS or embassies

- You have read and understand all disclaimers and terms

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
